This map shows counties where I have found relatives on census records. Red represents my ancestors, and blue represents my other relatives. Census records are kept private for 72 years, so the 1960 census will be released to the general public on 1 April 2032.

Notable Women

Maggie Baird was born on 29 March 1959.1 She married Patrick O’Connell.2 She is my tenth cousin once removed. Our common ancestors were Samuel Bass and his wife Anne.3

Today is the 165th Anniversary of the Unification of Italy. I have used records from ten provinces in my research. The provinces are Ascoli Piceno, Caserta, Cosenza, Frosinone, Isernia, Palermo, Roma, Salerno, Torino, and Trento.
